Great Experience
I've worked with Matt over the past 6 months on a number of deal negotiations, developing documents and advising on structural decisions for our business. I'm pretty much the only person I know who says I really like my attorney. I'm a huge fan and am continuing to engage Matt in the future.

Excellent lawyer for start-up companies
